The Arlington Foundation for Excellence in Education in partnership with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated® Xi Theta Omega Chapter and the University of Texas at Arlington Trio Pre-College Programs is hosting the annual Youth Education Success (YES!) Summit™, which is now in its 21st year.

This unique, complimentary, teen-focused summit provides valuable educational workshops and resources to over 1,000 youth in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. YES! Summit™ will address today’s growing need for life skills, STEM career awareness, and educational preparedness.

The 2025 YES! Summit™ will be held in person on November 1, 2025, for students in grades 6-12. The YES! Summit™ will provide students with an opportunity to network with their peers and attend a variety of workshops on leadership and self-sufficiency for academic and personal success. Potential student workshop topics for the YES! Summit™ include STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics) awareness and education, college preparation, and self-development. This year’s YES! Summit™ will also feature a College Fair where students will be able to meet with representatives from various colleges and universities. High school seniors will have an opportunity to apply for scholarships offered by the Arlington Foundation for Excellence in Education.

Parents will be able to register for the YES! Summit™ and attend valuable workshops with topics addressing financial literacy, mental health strategies, and more.

Attendees can attend this complimentary event and enter exciting giveaways. The goal of the YES! Summit™ is for the Arlington and surrounding communities’ youth to be inspired and imagine the possibilities.
